Overview of Formed Elements
Our elements can be formed to your specific requirements and complete with bushes or other mounting methods. Elements can be formed by a detailed dimensioned drawing or even just a dimensioned sketch.
Tubular formed elements can be supplied in a range of materials dependent upon use and are supplied fully annealed for bending. Some of our material Types 6.3mm, 8mm, 9.53, 10.5, 11, 12.7, 16mm diameter Up to 6 meters in length maximum. Sheath material available Incoloy 800, 825, 840 and Stainless Steel 304, 309, 316, 321, Copper, Mild Steel Bundy, Cupronickel (8mm Dia only) and Titanium (8mm Dia only)
Mineral insulated heating elements are superbly versatile and can be used in many applications for heating air & Gasses, liquids and solids as well as infra-red applications. They can be formed into very complex shapes and grouped together to provide greater outputs.
